The interview process

What you can expect as you get to know Growth Lending…

1. Review

We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria

2. Video

Candidates are asked to submit answers to questions via video, or to have an introduction call with one of our recruiters

3. Interview

We conduct online / in-person interviews to get to know you better

4. Tasks

Finalists complete a task and undergo a final interview with a senior member of the team and our organisational psychologist

5. Offer

We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best for the role
