Based in our Manchester office, which is also his beloved hometown, Sean leads our debt finance origination in the North of the UK. He enjoys both watching and playing sports, with a strong interest in football. His allegiances lie with the red side of Manchester, so the past 10 years (post-Ferguson) have been tough. Sean also enjoys visiting new countries and being outdoors, particularly walking in the Lake District, where he can often be found chasing his one-year-old son.

Kim Martin

Kim is a social butterfly and loves spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys exploring new places and loves walking in the countryside with her two dogs including Purdy (a rottweiler who thinks she is a chihuahua!)

Kim has more 15 years experience in UK SME venture capital, private equity and private debt. Kim joined BOOST&Co, now part of the Growth Lending Group in 2018 having previously worked for Aberdeen Asset Management, Maven Capital Partners and latterly Puma Investment Management.
