Growth Lending backs Stronger Business Partners with £5m funding package to drive SaaS acquisitions
Growth Lending has announced the successful completion of a £5m term loan facility for Stronger Business Partners, a London-based investment group focused on acquiring IT and SaaS companies that serve enterprise clients.
The funding will enable Stronger to further its strategic acquisition plans. The business has already achieved significant growth with companies such as Ina4 Media Ltd, HCI York Ltd, Calidore, Oakley and Primal Group Ltd under its portfolio – showcasing its clear methodology for identifying high-value acquisition targets.
Growth Lending chose to invest in Stronger due to the latter’s tailored financial solutions and deep understanding of the IT and SaaS sectors. The funds will enable Stronger to continue its ambitious growth trajectory, supporting entrepreneurs and driving innovation within the sector.
